Terms of Service

Last updated: July 21, 2026

These terms cover the public website

By using this website or its public demo, you agree to these terms. A paid PineRoster project, software license, hosting arrangement, support commitment, or custom-development engagement is governed by the written quote or agreement accepted for that project. If those documents conflict with this page, the project agreement controls.

Public demo

The demo contains fictional campground and guest data. It is provided for evaluation, resets automatically, and may be changed or unavailable without notice. Do not enter personal, confidential, unlawful, or production information. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use it to interfere with another visitor.

Website information

Product descriptions explain the current intended scope but are not a promise that every feature fits every campground. Pricing and deliverables are confirmed in a written quote after the property and existing data are reviewed.

Intellectual property

The PineRoster name, website content, interface, and software are owned by Dirt River Design or used with permission. You may evaluate the public pages and demo for your own business decision, but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute them except where applicable law expressly permits it.

No warranty for the public site or demo

The public website and demo are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Dirt River Design disclaims warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness of the demo for production use. Any warranty for paid work appears only in the applicable written agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dirt River Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public website or demo. This paragraph does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
