Your campground is not a hotel.
Rent by the season or the month and you are running a storage business with trees: rigs, records, and money that stay connected for months at a time. A nightly reservation calendar lies to you all season, with fake five-month bookings and check-out dates that never happen.
A spreadsheet will hold the names and amounts. It will not draw the property, send reminders after email setup and enablement, or handle month-end date math without someone remembering the formula.

See which sites need attention.
Open and occupied sites stay visible. Payment status sets the colors, using paid-through dates or the account balance and installment status. Nobody keeps those colors current by hand. Drag a rig to a new site when someone moves.
The guest
One record behind every numbered site.
Click a numbered site to see the seasonal guest, rig, agreement, and payment history behind it. When an eligible former camper returns, select their existing guest and rig records for the new agreement. Contact details and history carry forward.
The money
A private balance page, opened from a link.
Each camper opens their own page from a link you send: the site they are on, what they are paid through, how many months are behind and what those months come to. No guest account to create. Once you switch card payments on, that page carries the amount through to your payment form.

The hosting under it
The website and the management software run on hosting that is already inside the number, which is why a bug can be fixed the same day.
The software behind it
When a new version of the engine is ready, I install it for you, without a renewal, an upgrade fee, or a conversation about which version you are on.
Setup is quoted per property after a short property review: a phone call and a look at your site count and layout, how you bill today, and whatever your records live in now. A 35-site seasonal campground and a 250-site property do not take the same amount of mapping, cleanup, or setup.
The monthly number is not a licence. There is no per-site software charge, no charge per person in the office, no percentage of campground revenue, and no second hosting bill behind it. The number does not move as sites fill or staff are added.
