Seasonal parks do not fit a nightly-booking template.
Many campground systems start with arrival dates, departure dates, and online reservations. That makes sense for transient parks. It is a poor starting point when the same households occupy the same sites for a full season.
If your sites rent by the season or the month, you are running a storage business with trees: the same household on the same numbered spot, paid ahead in lumps, for months at a time. That is why a seasonal campground does not need booking software, and it is why PineRoster opens on a property map.
PineRoster starts with the property map and the long-running relationship among a site, a seasonal guest, an agreement, and a payment history.
How the work is approached
Preserve what already works.
Your notebook or spreadsheet is not evidence that you did things wrong. It is evidence that you built a process around the property. The job is to make that process easier to see, share, back up, and maintain.
That means plain language, honest product boundaries, portable data, and fewer moving parts.

Dirt River Design has served regional businesses since 2014. PineRoster brings that practical website work together with a focused campground-management system.
It is a small shop, so the fair question is what happens if I am not here. The answer is built into the product rather than promised: it runs on ordinary web hosting, and your records are plain files you can take a copy of and run somewhere else. The monthly fee buys the website, the hosting, the upkeep and somebody to call. It is never permission to use it.
The domain follows the same rule, and it is one I hold across every client I build for: your name is registered to you, with the login in your hands. I will do the setup if that is not your kind of errand, but I do not hold it. A developer who owns your domain can take your address away from you, and you should not have to bet that I will always be around or always be reasonable.
