What you'll see inside

The same map and record screens a paying campground owner uses, seeded with Whispering Pines' fictional sites and guests.

A useful test drive

Things worth trying

01 / MAP

Open several sites

Compare occupied, available, paid, and balance-due states. Follow the map into the record behind each site.

02 / GUEST

Edit a fictional guest

See how contact details, household notes, rig information, and the site assignment stay together.

03 / PAYMENT

Record a payment

Extend a guest’s paid-through date, or enter a batch of checks, and watch the site change color on the map — no nightly reservation and no card-processing workflow involved.

04 / MOVE

Drag a rig to another site

Pick up an occupied site and drop it on an open one. The guest’s record opens pre-filled with the move so you can confirm the date and rate — or press Escape mid-drag and nothing happens at all.

Nothing in the sandbox is real.

Whispering Pines Campground, its guests, phone numbers, email addresses, sites, agreements, and payments are fictional demonstration data.

Your changes will disappear.

The demo wipes itself back to its seed data a few hours after the last visitor. Payment processing and email delivery are disabled. Use it freely, but do not enter personal or confidential information.
